Christmas Nativity Play

Last Monday was Coby’s Nativity Play in school.  This year, he wanted to be an Angel, so Kelly had to make him a little Angel’s costume! That was a bit of a mission as well for her! She eventually managed to put something together that was white and had some tinsel on it, but Coby didn’t really like the tinsel as it was itching him around his neck, so Kelly had to change it until he was happy with it! hahaha! During the dress rehearsal, he had to have bare feet, which he doesn’t like at all, so in the evening’s proper performance, Kelly had to send him in with white socks (to match the Angel colours) which ended up being his Everton football socks turned inside out. He also had his Everton shorts on as well, as they were white, under his long t-shirt. He looked like he was off to football training!!  Typically, for the performance, he wore plimsolls so looked a bit daft! We were sat right in front of him for the play so he was giggling and smiling at us a lot! The tinsel on his outfit was falling off though as he must have been playing with it during the earlier rehearsal! haha! Anyway, he sang a lot and tried his best and seemed to enjoy it until we could see him getting tired towards the end and he was getting annoyed with the tinsel that was meant to be on his head so he took it off and threw it on to the floor! We can’t believe that that was his second Nativity play though, already!!
